Not working lately

Im an avid user of this apps but lately I cant log in anymore.
It always show,loading,,,,then suddenly I receive an error message that my internet is slow or no internet at all...which is impossible.
I do have stable internet connection...

Transfer to anyone not working too.
Pls fix it. Thank you
