Useless app! Cant even log in. What's the minimum speed requirement for the app to work??? I can stream HD videos but i cant log in to this app. Awful!

This poorly designed app cannot make you transfer any amount thats over 2 digits. It immediately adds a period after the first 2 digits. If you want to transfer 25000 php for example it will write down 25.00php. The app used to work correctly but not anymore.

Whenever I tried to use the funds transfer and I wanna change the receipient, the screen will be frozen after pressing the dropdown list. Previous versions work well but not this version.

Always crushing down its annoying with i cant open the app to check my account

I suddenly cant log in to my account. I keep getting this error though I have perfect internet connection. Is your system currently down or what?

I rate this 5, very convenient and will work on 3G and higher.

This thing is not working after I updated the latest version. The old update was better

you should check your update if it is working properly. it seems this current didnt go through QA. when I tried logging in, I got an error 37100, so I decided to download the latest update. but I still get the same error

Everytime I reload a globe number, it deducts from my account but the load never reaches the number!!!

The current version doesnt work on 3g or LTE, kept getting error that internet is slow, it wasnt that way before. It only works when connected to wifi, was working on 3g before. Fix your update.

No frills, easy to understand, easy to transact. The only problem is that every 15 and 30th, the app either is snail-paced slow or does not work at all.

Not working 3G/LTE

Works well for me. Should however allow the Touch ID security feature to work allowing quick access to all accounts and banking features. Cmon BPI, the Touch ID feature is more secure and much faster than having to manually input your user name and password!

The quick portfolio is the feature I love the most. I hope you will consider touchid during login soon.

Cant use the app now since I updated! Unsupported URL! It always says slow or no internet connection when I have very fast fibr connection
