Convenient but sometimes crushed and error appears

its going to be more nice if BPI Invest will be integrated to the app.

I dont know what happened but after the latest update. This app didnt work right! Please fix this! I cant even log in! Tss

a very convenient app that makes transfering funds to other accounts easy breezy. i just want to suggest that it should contain the account holders name alongside its account number while transfering so errors wont be possible. but overall, its a must have app.

Ever since 2 updates ago, this app crashes each time I log in. I deleted and reinstalled countless time with no improvement. Updates supposed to fix bugs, not create them. Invest in better technology, BPI. This app is trash.

Slow or no internet connection. Introduced a new bug in your "bug fix" update.

After your "bug fixes" update I am unable to log in from ANY OF MY MOBILE TABLET OR IPAD either its forever processing or error due to slow internet which is I doubt is the real reason I had tried different connections still it wont log in!

The app undergoes looong maintenance I never can logged in. Please fix it soon.

No Touch ID support. Add notifications for cc due dates, deposits, etc.

Very difficult to log in. Always gets an error message. Says slow or no internet but our connection is good.

Dont really use this app that often except for occasionally checking my accounts and making transfers. The most useful feature, Ive found, is the Transfer to Anyone feature that allows you to deposit money to other BPI accounts without having to physically go to a bank and line-up. Was a little bit concerned about security regarding this at first but so far, so good. Hoping it stays that way.

The last 5 transactions for debit cards are not showing. Always offline during the night.
