The app is useless now bec it always get an error that the internet is too slow. I have a fibr conection and its not even as close to be called "slow"

I used to love this app since I can transfer to anyone at anytime, but since Ive updated it always say "slow internet connection"(even I have a strong internet connection). Please fix the problem...

I have a very strong internet connection. It took me how many attempts to log in. It doesnt end there. I have to transfer money asap because of emergency and it gave me another effin error message. This is so poor of you BPI. FIX THIS!!!

Apps like these should be useful and make users life easier. Its always down whenever I need to transfer money. Its annoying.

I have a fast internet connection as of the writing of this review and it always say "SLOW/NO INTERNET CONNECTION". BPI should fire whoever made this app for them

My DSL speed is 5-6MBPS (above average DSL speed) and it always says its too slow to proceed. It only connects sometimes. Plus, it will never accept transactions if you arent running on at least 15 MBPS. This requirement makes it almost impossible to make this app useful. So useless banking coz youll never want to go to the branch and wait 2 hours to be attended. I used to love this app but now all you can do is balance check (on an above average internet speed).

I cant even login regardless what type of connection I use.

Cannot use the app properly.Having an error when your signing in and you cant use the features of the app. How can people believe in BPI?

I agree that this is a much better design but Im still annoyed that the payee is not visible in the transaction history. Mobile apps should seek to replace web based functionality and visibility and this still misses the mark.

Kudos to BPI! You guys deserved more than 5 stars. Hoping for the next update, it should be optimized for iOS 7 esp. the keypad. Thanks BPI!

Theres a bug in the Transfer to Anyone feature. It erases the account number when I proceed to the next field (amount).

That feature is the best thing about the app. Target account number disappears in the confirmation screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt help... PLEASE SEND HELP.

This app is very handy and useful. Please keep maintainig, updating, and enhancing!

Hi, for some reason "Transfer to Anyone" no longer works! It just keeps erasing the "Account number". Reinstalling the app did not help, please fix asap!

Im an avid user of this apps but lately I cant log in anymore. It always show,loading,,,,then suddenly I receive an error message that my internet is slow or no internet at all...which is impossible. I do have stable internet connection... Transfer to anyone not working too. Pls fix it. Thank you

This app comes in handy when youre on the go! I love how I can manage my money without having to get on a PC.

Love this app. I use it all the time to check my balance and to transfer money to my other accounts. I just wish though that they would include the "Remarks" feature in transferring money like in the PC.

Works ok, however doesnt play nice with IOS8.
